Responsibilities:
Investigate and evaluate claims to determine liability and damages.
Exercise sound judgment when making decisions.
Represent Travelers with integrity and professionalism.
Build trusting relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
Utilize excellent problem solving skills to analyze claims.
Remain current on insurance principles.
Work independently to meet deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of all claims activities.
Provide quality customer service.
