Responsibilities
? Aids the front office in completing client account inquiries for existing loans.

? Submits required information to Operations teams regarding advances, interest rate changes, etc.

? Creates performing interest rate calculations, pulls statements, submits payoff letters/quotes, and completes loan closures.

? Conducts loan research within the loan onboarding systems.

? Participates in meetings, trainings, projects, and other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of related professional experience in banking/financial services or customer service, or a high school diploma/GED with 5 years of related experience.

? Strong verbal and written communication skills.

? Expertise in Microsoft Office applications.

? Effective problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
