Job Description:

As a Quality Engineer at Fidelis Defunct, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities: ? Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. ? Lead LEAN/Six Sigma teams to drive process improvements and enhance efficiency. ? Assist with IATF/ISO9001 auditing and training, including core tools certification. ? Mentor the quality team towards personal and continual improvement. ? Support supplier on-site auditing and development.

Key Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field or related discipline. ? A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering function. ? IATF/ISO9001 internal auditor & core tools certified (preferred). ? Experience with Lean Processes (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
