Overview of Job:

As a Commercial Sales Manager at Ascentium Capital, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive sales growth, while retaining and servicing existing clients for their business financing needs.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

As part of our dynamic sales team, you will be responsible for:

? Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

? Building relationships with existing clients

? Negotiating contracts to secure deals

? Maintaining thorough knowledge of company product information

? Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

? Ensuring that all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time

? Providing exceptional customer experience

? Meeting monthly quota goals on a consistent basis

? Developing new business and maintaining existing business relationships

? Preparing and presenting point of view around a customized client solution

? Preparing quotes and negotiating terms when appropriate

? Maintaining understanding of all product offerings and effectively communicating the benefits of these products to customers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

? High School Diploma or GED

? Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production

Preferred Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in a related field

? One (1) year of commercial, small business, equipment financing or related inside sales experience

? Demonstrated results meeting production sales goals

? Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and other applicable sales tools
