About the position

The Epic Systems Analyst I at Duly Health and Care is responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving daily operational issues related to Epic applications. This role involves collaboration with other analysts and operational teams to ensure continuity in processes and support for the integrated Epic electronic medical record system. The position primarily focuses on system maintenance while also participating in projects under the guidance of senior team members.

Responsibilities
? Support, troubleshoot, and resolve daily operational issues/requests from end users leveraging Epic applications.

? Maintain continuity in process and support for the integrated Epic electronic medical record.

? Dedicate 70% of time to daily operational support and quarterly system updates.
,
? Allocate 10% of time to projects, including system enhancements, new features, and workflow optimization.

? Participate in additional projects as assigned by the supervisor.
,
? Collaborate effectively with customers, vendors, and IT professionals to achieve quality outcomes.
,
? Develop how-to documentation and workflows for end-users and team members.
,
? Provide on-call support as needed.
,
? Pursue Epic certification in assigned modules within six months of hire.

Requirements
? Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, or four years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

? Previous experience in an IT development or healthcare operational support role.
,
? Applications experience in either an application support or implementation role.
,
? Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.

Nice-to-haves
? Experience with Epic applications or similar healthcare IT systems.
