Network Development Specialist

The Network Development Specialist (NDS) position at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina (BCBSSC) is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to develop, monitor, and refine the network of healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of healthcare provider networks and a passion for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers.This role requires a combination of strong relationship-building skills, an aptitude for data analysis and reporting, and an ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor?s degree in a related field, a minimum of two years? experience working in a healthcare provider network, and demonstrated success in developing and maintaining relationships with providers. In addition, the successful candidate will possess outstanding communication and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
