Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Aetna's products, services, and business operations in order to accurately convey information in all written materials.
Collaborate with various teams and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documents.
Write, edit, and proofread a wide range of documents including reports, proposals, training materials, and other business-related documents.
Ensure that all documents adhere to Aetna's brand guidelines and style standards.
Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all documents are error-free and meet the highest standards of quality.
Identify areas for improvement in existing documents and work with stakeholders to revise and update them accordingly.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in document writing and incorporate them into Aetna's documentation processes.
Act as a resource for other team members by providing guidance and support on document writing and editing.
Use project management tools to effectively manage document timelines and meet all deadlines.
