Geico Auto Insurance is looking for a dynamic Principal Engineer - Workday to join our innovative team. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced professional with a passion for technology and problem solving to lead our Workday engineering efforts. As a Principal Engineer - Workday, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of our Workday technology solutions.In this role, you must have excellent leadership capabilities, a strong technical background in Workday, and a keen understanding of the insurance industry. You will be responsible for developing strategies to ensure the successful adoption of Workday technologies, and will need to be a creative thinker and problem solver. You will also work closely with the technical teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our Workday solutions.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Workday engineering, development, and implementation. You must also have advanced knowledge of Workday APIs, Workday Studio, and the Workday Cloud Platform. Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday technology solutions. Develop strategies to ensure the successful adoption of Workday technologies. Utilize advanced knowledge of Workday APIs, Workday Studio, and the Workday Cloud Platform. Demonstrate strong project management and communication skills. Provide innovative problem solving solutions. Mentor and guide less experienced team members. Monitor and evaluate industry trends and advancements in Workday technology. Ensure compliance and accuracy of all Workday technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday solutions.
