Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Greet every client with a warm and friendly demeanor as the welcoming face of Ken Castellani-GEICO's Gainesville office.

Client Support: Assist clients with general inquiries, guiding them through insurance options that match their needs.

Administrative Duties: Perform front desk tasks including scheduling appointments, data entry, and managing office communications.

Information Dissemination: Provide clients with up-to-date information about insurance policies, changes, and account details.

Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless client experience and support their initiatives.

Continuous Improvement: Constantly look for ways to improve front desk operations and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience: Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.

Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify issues and provide solutions that benefit both the client and the company.
