Collaborate with the Identity and Access Management team to develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of customer information.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of user access and permissions to identify and remediate any potential security risks.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing and resolving any access or security-related issues for customers.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to identity and access management, and make recommendations for improvements to current processes.
Communicate with various departments and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the timely delivery of products and services related to identity and access management.
Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for internal employees and customers on identity and access management policies and procedures.
Monitor and analyze system logs and reports to identify and address any security incidents or anomalies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies or processes to improve the overall security and efficiency of identity and access management.
Participate in testing and validation of new products and features related to identity and access management.
Serve as a subject matter expert and provide support and guidance to other team members on identity and access management principles and practices.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive customer information.
