Our enterprise client has a contract to possible perm in 2025 opportunity for an experienced QA Engineer with manual and automation experience.
? * Possible contract to hire

Hybrid role in office 3 to 4 days a week.

The QA Engineer translates specifications into test plans and scripts.

Executes tests manually and leverages automation and cloud technologies.

This role involves working across our enterprise platform to efficiently support our business areas.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing comprehensive quality tests for websites and other platforms.

responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Leverage an agile, DevOps-orientated approach to mobile and cloud testing

Participate in piloting and deploying client web site solutions

Collaborate with Business Analysts and Engineers to test critical client-facing systems, including mobile apps and websites, using automation whenever possible

Build reusable test scripts for regression testing, primarily manual testing with ability to do some automation testing

Collaborate with User Experience and Brand Designers to ensure all design elements are consistent with specifications and optimized for a variety of devices

Collaborate with Business Analysts and Engineers to fully understand the business requirements and user stories

Design, implement and execute manual and automated tests to optimize the release process and ensure software quality

Bachelor's degree required

Test automation platforms (e.g., Selenium)

Virtual device clouds

Test management software (e.g., Quality Center)

Secure code scanning tools a plus
