Real Estate / Facilities (REF) provides support for office needs including leasing, space planning, rent payment, construction, property management, and furniture and move coordination. REF also manages the parking and fitness center management for the Cincinnati Campus.
The Real Estate/Facilities (REF) team is looking for a Lease Administrator Supervisor to join their team. This individual will work a hybrid schedule with three days in the Cincinnati office.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
? Abstracting and reviewing lease documents to capture rent obligations, critical dates, and financial terms.
? Auditing, processing, and reconciling lease-related invoices to ensure compliance with contractual and policy requirements.
? Performing quality control reviews to maintain the accuracy and integrity of lease data within systems.
? Serving as the primary contact for lease admin-related inquiries.
? Supervising and training lease analysts.
? Preparing monthly and annual rent budgets and other ad hoc reports.
? Working with the project management team on cost budgets, invoices, tenant improvement submittals, and project closeouts.
? Potentially negotiating contracts for supplies, equipment, and outside services related to occupancy such as utilities, trash and janitorial.
Job Requirements
? 5 or more years of experience in lease administration or commercial real estate.
? Proven experience supporting real estate portfolios, primarily office space.
? Hands-on experience with commercial real estate platforms like Tango, CoStar, TRIRIGA, Prolease, Harbor Flex, and accounting tools like Workday.
? Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
? Experience delivering reporting insights through Excel and other Microsoft products or available platform reporting tools.
