? Fidelis partners with Navarro College to reimburse up to $200 of tuition for the CNA program AFTER the employee has completed 150 hours of work and has graduated from the Navarro CNA program while employed at Fidelis Senior Home Care.
Specific Requirements -CNA is not required!
? Valid Drivers License with reliable transportation
? Proficient in English
? 1 year of caregiving experience in private care, facility, or hospital required

- Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Providing direct care to seniors
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitoring and recording vital signs of clients
- Providing compassionate care and companionship to individuals with various needs
- Ensuring the well-being and comfort of seniors under your care
- Following clients' care plans and providing support accordingly
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding when necessary
- Engaging seniors in meaningful activities and social interactions
- Adhering to clients' rights and promoting their independence and dignity
- Following all relevant protocols and procedures, including HIPAA regulations
- Transporting residents as needed, utilizing a valid driver's license
- Being attentive to clients' needs and promptly addressing any concerns or emergencies that may arise
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
