Job Title: F/T Account Executive
Reports To: Branch Manager
Wage Range: $16-18 - Hourly
The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and are not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required.
Core Responsibilities:
? Receive and count cash at beginning of shift.
? Reconciles cash drawer and vault by proving cash transactions and physically counting drawer at end of shift.
? Order cash as necessary.
? Verify accuracy of deposits when accepting cash and checks for deposit.
? Process cash withdrawals.
? Identify counterfeit currency.
? Provide account services by answering inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts and other bank related products.
? Prepare cashier?s checks, personal money orders, cash advances and properly log into bank records.
? Record all transactions accurately and in compliance with bank procedures.
? Validate and cash customer?s checks.
? Ability to ascertain customer needs and direct to appropriate branch representative.
? Ability to cross sell all bank products to include but not limited to: cash management, RDC, merchant services, credit cards and mobile banking ap
? Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.
? Perform timely branch opening and closing procedures.
? Resolve issues with customer's accounts including stop payments, holds and EFT transactions.
? Complete special requests by closing accounts, taking orders for checks and bank cards.
? Perform new account opening procedures including assisting with customer with selection of various account types and financial services.
? Perform other duties as assigned.
? Comply with Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC and USA PATRIOT Act including Customer Identification Program for new customers, accurate completion of new account activity profile, identifying high risk accounts at account opening, and reporting suspicious activities to supervisor.
? Perform all online banking maintenance, place stop payments and other foundational customer service requests; i.e., balance inquiries, review account history, provide statements, etc.
? Able to assist other branch locations for coverages.

Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum Education: Diploma, GED or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good customer service, cash handling, good listening and communication skills, and stress tolerance.
Meticulous and strong attention to detail.
Quick problem-solving skills and good judgment.
Must be adaptable.
