Responsibilities: Develop scalable and secure web and mobile healthcare applications in the pharmacy domain powered by complex Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) orchestration. Contribute to various phases of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC), including Design, Development and Testing. Work closely with developers, technical project managers, principal engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure that application solutions meet business and customer requirements. Design and develop Spring Boot microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven services in a distributed environment. Develop REST services using Spring Boot, Spring REST, and Java. Develop MongoDB queries to extract, transform, and analyze data. Work with medium-to-large scale web development using advanced, distributed technologies to process, store and quickly retrieve large volumes of data. Develop unit test cases and conduct system and integration testing. Provide support to and triage issues for applications in production. Coordinate the master release process deploying applications in healthcare/pharmacy domain. Partial virtual/work from home benefit available.
Qualifications:
Position requires a bachelor?s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer
and Information Science or related and four years of software development
experience. Must have experience developing healthcare applications
within the pharmacy domain, and experience with REST services, Java,
Spring Boot, Spring Boot microservices, Spring REST, Mongo DB, SQL,
Jenkins, and Open Shift/Cloud.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
