Contract Senior Associate (12 Month Fixed Contract)

The Contract Technician Associate will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and accuracy of the Document Process Repository System (DPRS) and for supporting Contract Analyst. This analyst role will learn the technician processes and work as a support on projects that include but are not limited to: Compliance and Discretionary Contract changes, Research Requests, Data Calls, and other small projects. Successful candidates will be involved in work for any/all Allstate Enterprise Companies.
Key Responsibilities
? The candidate will be involved in Spot Checking and Proof reading of Contract material
? Completing tasks within a prearranged time frame
? Completing Research assignments
? Making sure our repositories are up to date with the relevant forms
The ideal person will be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
? Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively collaborate
? Organizational/time management and project management skills in order to handle multiple concurrent assignments in a timely manner and to monitor processes throughout a team or department; and
? Works effectively independently and as part of a team environment; and
? Attention to detail
Essential Skills:
? 12 months experience within Allstate N.I. or have Maths and English G.C.S.E or equivalent
? A minimum of 1 years' experience of the Microsoft Suite products and window-based applications, plus experience with Adobe Acrobat
Desirable Skills:
? Basic project management skills
? Quality control and attention to detail
? Works effectively in a team environment
? Time management skills
