Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our talent acquisition strategy by leveraging both active and passive sourcing techniques, managing the full-cycle recruiting process, and specializing in identifying top-tier talent. You?ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business goals, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.

Job Responsibilities
? Manage all phases of the recruitment process, including building relationships with hiring managers, developing strategic sourcing strategies, screening and assessing candidates, coordinate offers, negotiate salaries, oversee pre-boarding and ensure a smooth overall candidate experience.
? Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
? Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach. Maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard-to fill-roles while focusing on both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning.
? Manage the preboarding process, including initiating background checks, verifying required documentation, and ensuring timely communication to ensure a seamless transition to new employees.
? Plan, organize, and represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and hiring expos to attract top talent.
? Maintain applicant tracking data and use data-driven insights to optimize the recruitment process, improve time-to-fill metrics, and deliver impactful hiring outcomes while staying current on industry trends.
? Maintain compliance with all regulatory and record-keeping requirements throughout the hiring process.

Skills, Licenses, Certifications
? Proven ability to proactively take initiative and ownership of the full cycle recruitment process.
? Proven interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
? Demonstrated ability to handle confidential issues with maturity and discretion
? Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills
? Knowledge of creative and innovative sourcing techniques
? Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and recruit for multiple positions to meet the deadlines

Education and Experience

This position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within insurance, financial services, or technical skillsets. The applicant should be knowledgeable of relevant HR legislation and legal practices.
