Job Description

As a Corporate Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
? Developing strategic business plans to improve client services
? Establishing sound business relationships with key clientele
? Identifying opportunities for technology and service solutions
? Leveraging up-selling opportunities within client portfolios for regional and global consolidations, new businesses, tools and technology
? Acting as a client advocate with vendors during negotiations, service reviews, and program meetings
? Monitoring contract terms, service level agreements, and volume to ensure favorable contracts for clients
? Providing best-in-class customer service that exceeds clients' expectations
? Ability to maintain poise and a positive attitude with diplomacy in work strategies
? Facilitating client support with a high degree of initiative, confidentiality, and professional demeanor
? Participating in operational projects, training, and functions as appointed by your manager
? Performing administrative duties which may include but are not limited to conducting reviews, creating and updating reports, and reviewing new accounts and account profiles

Work Environment
? FROSCH covers the cost of most work-related equipment for remote employees. Other tools, unless deemed essential for your job or medically necessary, may not be covered.

Requirements
? Previous work experience in an Account Manager role within a Travel Management Company is preferred
? Proficient in Microsoft Office with an intermediate understanding of Excel
? Must have impeccable listening skills and eagerness to learn
? Able to multi-task, have strong attention to detail, and resolve problems independently
? Strong sense of urgency as well as flexibility to change as needed
? Exemplary communication skills both in writing and public presentations
? Proven track record of developing professional relationships
? Ability to work and communicate efficiently with team members
? Previous use of a Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Sabre preferred
? Spanish bilingual preferred
? Previous experience as a corporate travel consultant preferred
