Work Designation. Depending on your location within the continental US, this role may be hybrid or remote.
? If you live within 50 miles of the Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC, this role will be hybrid. This means you will be expected to work in the office for at least 60% of the work week. You will work from your home (within the continental US) for the remaining portion of the work week. Details of this schedule will be discussed with your leadership.
? If you live more than 50 miles from the Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC, this role will be remote. This means you will be expected to work from your home, within the continental US. If the role is remote, there may be occasions that you are requested to come to the office based on business need. Any requests to come to the office would be communicated with you in advance.

What does it take to be successful in this role?
? Ability to set a clear product launch strategy in alignment with market strategies, collaborating with Product Development, Marketing, Communications and other areas to implement
? Strong project management skills and proven ability to manage multiple diverse projects at any given time
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and planning skills, including demonstrated ability to: design and implement effective communications, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set goals and enforce deadlines, while maintaining flexibility to reassess and prioritize goals
? Ability to function as a key team member by leading, and contributing to, positive change through personal contributions and active participation in cross-functional projects
? Experience with employee benefit offerings/products preferred

Education & Experience Required
? Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field
? Four years of professional job-specific work experience
? Financial services and/or insurance industry experience

Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Travel
? Less than or equal to 10%

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
? Participates and supports the overall strategy and assists in the design and course development for Aflac product education and launch. Creates communication channels and alignment with key stakeholders throughout the development of new or revised product launches.
? Assists in applying new designs and development methodologies, as well as evolving learning experiences and solutions to product development education (new and pre-existing products) and launch to meet the company's growth and retention objectives.
? Develops responses and correction plans for identified gaps or opportunities in product marketing, creates training and communications plans for optimal product positioning for assigned product lines and initiatives (per Divisional scorecards and WIGs).
? Provides support in partnering and engaging resources across Aflac at all levels to ensure product launch and adoption needs of employees, partners, and customers are met while collaborating company-wide to establish and drive results by executing common goals.
? Assists in supporting product launch strategy and prioritization. Creates communication and cadence aligned to the goals of market segment leaders.
? Participates in the collaborating with Product Development in the development of go-to-market strategy for launching new and revised products to key audiences, employees, employers, internal employees, partners and all sales channels
? Works with cross-functional teams as needed to provide product marketing insight in creating and implementing new systems, programs, initiatives, and training for new market segments and channels.
? Measures scorecards results of product development launch and product initiatives in order to drive utilization and sustainment throughout the organization; Develops materials, timelines, and processes to drive the creation of learning & adoption metrics; Assists in the planning and design, develop and launch new product development modules as needed; Analyzes and determines appropriate methods and metrics for product launch and adoption measures.; Develops approaches to measure the impact of the launch and adoption solutions.

This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate. The salary range for this position is $59,000 - $145,000.
