This dynamic team supports global CoBrand and Private Label credit cards, along with managing the worlds largest rewards catalog, Shop with Points. The technology utilized varies widely, from large-scale Distributed Engineering and the latest advancements in Machine Learning within the Big Data space, to customer and mobile-friendly User Experiences.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: ? Platform Development: Design, develop, document, and support payment solutions built natively in AWS. ? Innovation: Work on innovative projects that enhance payment methods and customer experiences. ? Collaboration: Partner with business teams, financial partners, and internal teams to engineer business solutions. ? Ownership: Take responsibility for the entire software development lifecycle, from initial design through deployment and support.

Must-Haves:
Minimum of 2+ years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in at least one Object-Oriented programming language (Java, JavaScript).
Hands-on experience in Java and JavaScript.
Familiarity with AWS technologies (e.g., DynamoDB, ECS, S3) is a plus.
Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with agile methodologies and software development best practices.
