Business Overview:

The Secondary Market and Quotation team (SCOPE) and Digital Solutions team is a strategic EQD Front Office team within Global Markets Americas which aims at:
? Providing clients access to liquidity while maximizing revenues on the Secondary Market
? Increase the efficiency and profitability of EQD by optimizing and automating various processes to provide better service to our clients and to expend EQD client reach.
? Actively participate in the internal and client rollout of BNPP Digital platforms: EQD SMART derivatives, and Brio Platforms.

SMART derivatives is BNP Paribas? One-Stop-Shop online platform which aims at providing our client with access to the full structured products value chain, from pre-trade to post-trade.

Brio is EQD flagship digital platform for Delta One and QIS Solutions and Analytics aiming at providing high quality content and smart analytics to facilitate the investment decision for Institutional Investors

Responsibilities:

Secondary Market:

Provide daily liquidity (Bid-ASK) to BNP clients on BNP issued Structured Products and OTC products while maximizing revenues on the Secondary Market

Actively monitor client's inventory to assist the desk in the generation trade ideas/ trade signals to optimize revenue (roll or restructuring opportunities)

Proactively promote secondary trading electronic platform to internal stakeholders and clients

Push secondary market business by producing reporting with inventory analysis and suggestions on rollover/restructuration opportunities.

Help the desk push new products to PB&D and Institutional clients especially the direct market access products suite: Unlisted Mini Future (UMF) and Actively Manage Products (AMC)

Help the desks in the resolutions of operational issues with Middle, Back offices and Client Services team.

Automation:

Propose procedure, soft development, and organization evolution to gain productivity.

Integrate new complex structures in the secondary trading framework. Work on improving existing process and tools.

Collaborate with other FO teams and IT in automation topics.

Digital Solutions:

Participate actively to the various EQD Digital projects (OTC Vol Flow, Listed derivatives, Auto-pricing/mail parsing, AI and LLM.) - You will oversee defining user?s requirements, testing new features, and organizing internal training sessions.

Help in the change management of both PB&D Sales and Institutional Sales teams by ensuring that the right Digital Tools are used to maximize sales productivity (Smart D, Brio, NEAT, and Symphony BOTs)

Assist in the training and assistance of Sales across all the Digital Solutions and help design more efficient workflows in collaboration with eCommerce IT teams.

Help in the commercial push and business development of our client facing Digital Solutions (Smart D, Brio Delta One, QIS, AMC) ? Analyze usage to optimize client engagement and help better monetize our Technology.

Design of NEAT template/reporting/alerts to help Sales Teams to monitor hit/ratio ? economic value ? match client?s interest with trading axes ? find restructuring opportunities in our Secondary Market inventories, etc.

Production of Digital KPI to help management monitor productivity and digitalization of the EQD platform.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Bachelor?s degree or Master?s degree or foreign education equivalent in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, or Computer Science + 3 years? experience in Sales or Trading in a Global Markets Front Office role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in pricing, trading, Equity Derivatives products or equivalent in a Front Office role.

Good knowledge of financial products preferably with a solid IT background (programming in Python is a big plus)

Interest and aptitude in Project Management

Strong Interest and understanding in Global Capital Markets

Strong interest in new disruptive technologies (AI, robotics, etc.)

Strong quantitative and presentation skills

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $150,000 to $200,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
