Your Role:

The Director, Product Change and Training will lead the overall strategy, design, and implementation of change management in partnership with training initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. This position is a multi-faceted role requiring the ability to reimagine training and lead the team in incorporating new adult learning techniques while executing the Change Management function. The Director will provide effective leadership to inspire, motivate and guide cross-functional teams in execution. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, instructional design expertise, and leadership capabilities to drive impactful learning and change experience to deliver project success. We are seeking a visionary thinker who can identify, plan and oversee training and change projects. You must be able to navigate complex situations, as well as highly confidential ones, providing solution-based recommendations.

Your work:

Change Management
? Leads and owns Product Change Management function including planning, strategy, and deployment of change management practices throughout the product organization.
? Develops and implements a structured change process that the entire team will follow based on your past experience.
? Drives critical thinking and proactively seeks out best practices, anticipates stakeholders' future needs, and collaborates on ideas with others
? Partners with cross-functional and divisional leadership to align resources and change frameworks in support of business priorities.
? Partners with key stakeholders to assess readiness and manage change risks
? Stay current with research and trends to support the successful implementation of business priorities
? Ensures that necessary business controls for change management processes and procedures are in place to meet the requirements for decision-making, financial and operational management.

Training
? Oversees team responsible for agent learning curriculum, activities, and resources
Continuously assess training function effectiveness by reviewing and analyzing KPIs and team performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
? Defines a learning strategy, combined with a content management strategy to drive development efficiency and quality of learning content
? Builds and maintain relationships with internal partners and club leadership to understand their learning preferences, and promote ongoing learning and skill development
? Drives continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and improve productivity to meet business objectives while prioritizing business and customer value opportunities and adopting creative problem solving through critical thinking
? Consults in approach, understanding, and anticipating business partner needs and proactively delivers solutions.
? Drives critical thinking and proactively seeks out best practices, anticipates stakeholders' future needs, and collaborates on ideas with others. Understands stakeholders' needs and impacts on relationships across the business
? Establishes and maintains relationship with Agency Training leaders for each club to identify opportunities to revamp current processes and content
? Promotes the adoption of new content and adult learning techniques within the independent agent channels by influencing and supporting the training team

Leadership and Culture Stewardship
? Creates a collaborative, inclusive and psychologically safe environment, demonstrating authenticity and fostering trust to inspire and empower team members and colleagues.
? Collaborate with internal training and change teams, across the enterprise, sharing techniques and best practices, thereby influencing positive change across the organization.
? Actively shapes our company culture through words and actions (e.g., sponsoring an employee resource group, mentoring employees, volunteering, joining cross-functional committee / team, encouraging team member involvement in these activities).
? Models our Core Beliefs and champions our cultural norms (e.g., willing to have cameras when it matters: interviewing candidates, building relationships with team members, etc.).
? Delivers our strategy through an enterprise lens, staying informed of key enterprise initiatives, industry trends, and business results.
? Demonstrates a company ownership mindset, thinking beyond boundaries of their own area.
? Travels as needed for role, including enterprise meetings, divisional / team meetings, representing the company at industry events, and other in-person meetings.
? Fulfills business needs, which may include investing extra time, helping other teams, etc.

Required Experience, Education and Skills
? Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)
? Proven ability to lead others directly or indirectly, as demonstrated through 5+ years of leading teams, enterprise-wide programs, or large cross-functional programs with at least 2 of those years directly managing others.
? Minimum of 7 years' experience in training and change management including designing and delivering training programs and leading change initiatives.
? Demonstrated knowledge in adult learning theories.
? 5 years demonstrated success in matrix management and influence environments.
? Highly motivated individual with advanced strategy, problem-solving, and transformation as well as strong influencing, interpersonal and communication skills
? Systems Thinking: Ability to think holistically and strategically and execute on key communications and programs.
? Strong background in leadership management disciplines, relevant operations experience, and people management.
? Strong ability to build relationships with and influence colleagues, business leaders and functional partners.
? Excellent skills to work collaboratively and act persuasively in sensitive situations and skills in conflict management techniques
? Demonstrated a high level of transparency and ability to drive accountability.
? Exceptional skill and proven track record of servant leadership, situational awareness, collaboration, continuous improvement, and team empowerment.
? Excellent communicator in written and verbal form; ability to work well with executives, and able to lead and influence across multiple levels and multiple functions of an organization.
? Excellent ability to quickly evaluate complex issues and identify multiple options for resolution.
People management skills and ability to get the most out of team members. Inspiring the next generation of leaders at CSAA
? Strong ability to operate at tactical, strategic and operational levels handling shifting priorities and the oversight of projects that do not neatly fit within the organizational chart or that fall between departmental areas of responsibility.
? Proven planning, organization and prioritization skills

What would make us excited about you?
? 5 years' experience demonstrating capabilities leading large organizational transformations.
? 10 years extensive stakeholder management experience: proven ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and with various cross-functional partners.
? Certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) required or obtained within 6 months of employment.
? Master's degree
