We are seeking a Live Chat Representative to assist customers by providing real-time support through online chat. Your role will be to answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner. ? Provide information about products/services and troubleshoot basic issues. ? Maintain accurate records of chat interactions and resolutions. ? Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. ? Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by being friendly, patient, and helpful.

Requirements: ? Strong written communication and typing skills. ? Ability to handle multiple chat conversations at once. ? Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ? Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. ? Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
