Quality Engineer

We are hiring a Senior Quality Engineer who will be responsible for maintaining the high-quality standards within Subsea business line.

Essential Responsibilities: ? Lead and facilitate root cause analysis with quality inspectors to resolve shop quality challenges. ? File, investigate and close out NCRs for all discrepancies. ? Broad knowledge on inspection techniques and requirements ? Review customer PO requirements and request POs as needed. ? Conduct kick-off meetings to launch new projects with customers and shop staff. ? Follow up on and close out all job packets once manufacturing process is completed and review packets for reports after fabrication & machining. ? Coordinate final assembly and testing procedures and submit data to Documentation Department. ? Review data books to ensure completion before shipment to customer. ? Maintain calibration log to ensure accuracy and coordinate outside calibration testing as needed. ? Maintain inventory level for NDE consumables. ? Lead investigations on resolving customer complaints on quality issues. ? Lead internal quality audits and supplier quality audits. ? Communicate quality policy, standards, and requirements to internal customers.

? ? Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent ? 3-5 years of experience in similar position ? Experience in Subsea Environment is strongly preferred ? Promote the awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization. Ensure compliance to quality policy, standards and requirements.
