The Camdenton R-III School District is seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School Baseball Coach to lead and develop student-athletes both on and off the field. We are looking for a coach who values teamwork, sportsmanship, and the overall development of young athletes.

Responsibilities
? Plan and oversee all aspects of the middle school baseball program, including practices, conditioning, and game preparation.
? Teach fundamental skills, strategy, and teamwork in a positive and encouraging environment.
? Develop and implement a program that emphasizes player growth, discipline, and sportsmanship.
? Supervise student-athletes and ensure their safety during practices, games, and travel.
? Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration.
? Coordinate with the athletic department regarding scheduling, transportation, and facility use.
? Uphold the values and expectations of the Camdenton R-III School District and adhere to MSHSAA regulations.
? Teaching position contingent on availability and appropriate DESE certification.

Qualifications
? Coaching experience at the middle school, high school, or club level preferred.
? Knowledge of baseball fundamentals, rules, and strategies.
? Strong leadership and communication skills.
? Ability to serve as a positive role model for student-athletes.
? Must meet all district and MSHSAA coaching requirements.
