The ideal candidate will possess expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management, ensuring a seamless integration of these critical functions within the organization. Responsibilities: ? Lead Talent Recruitment and Acquisition efforts, focusing on attracting top talent for key positions, including skilled trades, field teams, and leadership roles. ? Foster positive relationships between management and staff, promoting a healthy, respectful work environment, and maintaining the employee handbook. ? Develop and implement an effective onboarding process to rapidly integrate new employees into the team. ? Establish and manage performance review processes, including setting performance goals, providing feedback, and conducting regular evaluations. ? Evaluate and improve HR systems to track employee data, performance metrics, and compliance, providing regular reports to leadership. ? Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law, particularly in the landscaping industry.
