We are looking for a creative professional with exceptional problem-solving skills to join our fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, results-driven, and have exceptional communication skills. They must have a proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects with a focus on meeting project deadlines.To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, with five to seven years of operations experience in software and/or services. They should also have a strong understanding of customer service/support operations and experience with project/program management. Experience in the technology industry is preferred. Responsibilities:
Provide operational and project management leadership to the team.
Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
Monitor team performance and take corrective action to ensure goals are met.
Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members.
Analyze customer service/support operations and develop solutions for improvement.
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Oversee the delivery of support services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
