The Roll Off Driver - CDL (B) is responsible for the safe operation of a collection truck, ensuring prompt and courteous waste removal services for customers. This role involves adhering to safety standards, completing vehicle inspections, and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory requirements while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
? Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle in accordance with Company policy.

? Safely operate the heavy truck along the designated route and to the disposal site.

? Operate manual and/or automatic controls to lift and load refuse and dispose of collected material.
,
? Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers, and others to ensure timely service.
,
? Identify and tag unsatisfactory waste containers according to departmental procedures.
,
? Monitor waste for evidence of unacceptable materials.
,
? Clean areas around accidental waste spills, adhering to safety standards.
,
? Monitor the vehicle's condition to ensure operational readiness and minimize downtime.
,
? Complete required route/productivity sheets, vehicle condition reports, and other necessary documentation.
,
? Maintain adherence to required productivity standards for timely customer service.
,
? Follow all required safety policies and procedures.
,
? Actively participate in the Company's ReSOP program.
,
? Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
? Class B or higher Commercial Driver's license with air brakes endorsement.
