Call Center Representative

```Duties```
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from warm provided leads
• Introduce and promote services to customers they inquired about
• Provide information about product features, pricing, and benefits
• Answer customer questions and address concerns
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities

```Experience```
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or call center is preferred
• Ability to negotiate and close customers effectively
• Fluent in English is a must, Spanish language skills are a big plus
• Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and best practices
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets while working independently
