Duties
? Conduct thorough business analysis to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement.
? Utilize tools such as Tableau for data visualization and reporting to support decision-making.
? Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
? Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet business needs.
? Analyze linked data to derive insights that drive strategic initiatives.
? Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes, requirements, and project deliverables.
? Employ programming skills in Python and VBA for automation of tasks and data manipulation.
? Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by providing input during various phases of development.
? Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Experience
? Proven experience in business analysis or a related field is essential.
? Familiarity with linked data concepts is preferred.
? Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Tableau is required.
? Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
? Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and VBA is advantageous.
? Understanding of server management concepts can be beneficial.
? Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about complex issues.

Pay: $81,011.00 - $87,423.00 per year
