Responsibilities
? Use computer graphics software as well as traditional artistic mediums
? Work in the manufacturing facility to ensure timely production of products according to specifications.
? Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve manufacturing processes.
? Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
? Maintain a clean and organized work area within the factory or warehouse environment.
? Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications
? Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
? Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance in production tasks.
? Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.

Experience and Education
? High School Diploma or GED.
? 1 year preferred- experience of artistic production and knowledge of common methods and software programs.
? Experience in manufacturing is preferred but not required.
? Must be able to read and write.

Other Requirements
? Valid Texas Driver?s License
? Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
? May be asked to submit to a pre-employment drug screen.

Physical Demands

Work environment involves standing and walking for an entire shift. Must be physically capable of performing the duties of a manufacturing job.
