Travel Contract Details:
? Full-time (minimum 36 hours/week)
? 12-hour shift (7a-7p/7p-7a)

Responsibilities: ? Provide direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff ? Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding ? Monitor patient vitals and report changes to the healthcare team ? Maintain patient confidentiality and follow facility protocols ? Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients

Qualifications of an CNA:
? CNA Certification
? Virginia State CNA License
? Ability to travel
? Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care
? Flexibility and adaptability to new environments

? 2 Reference Letters/References to call
? TB Test (PPD/QuantiFERON) ? at least within the last 12 months
