Lead and manage a team of product managers to develop and implement innovative technology products for UnitedHealth Group.
Develop and execute strategic plans for technology product development, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends in the healthcare industry, and use this information to drive product development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities based on market trends, customer needs, and business goals.
Monitor and track product performance and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement and growth.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts, to gather insights and feedback on products and services.
Manage product budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of quality products within budget.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to identify potential opportunities for product innovation.
