Harris Health System is seeking dedicated healthcare professionals to join our team in providing essential services to the residents of Harris County, Texas. Responsibilities
? Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.

? Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

? Participate in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness.

? Assist in the training and mentoring of new staff and interns.

? Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Requirements
? Valid Texas nursing license or equivalent healthcare certification.

? Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a public health or community health environment.

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
