Develop and implement executive compensation and equity programs that align with PayPal's business objectives and values.
Lead the strategic planning and management of compensation and equity programs for executives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and make informed decisions on compensation and equity strategy.
Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices in executive compensation and equity to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
Conduct analysis and provide recommendations on executive compensation and equity packages.
Manage the budget and ensure the effective allocation of resources for compensation and equity programs.
Partner with HR and legal teams to ensure policies and procedures related to executive compensation and equity are in compliance with laws and regulations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and consultants.
Communicate and educate executives and other relevant stakeholders on compensation and equity programs.
Participate in the recruitment and retention of top executive talent by creating attractive and competitive compensation packages.
Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of compensation and equity programs, making adjustments as needed.
