As a Software Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for creating and leading the technical design and development of software solutions. This position is primarily based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, Cleveland, OH, or Birmingham, AL, and requires time in the office or in the field on a regular basis, with some responsibilities potentially performed remotely at the manager's discretion. This role also includes on-call support responsibilities. In this position, you will propose and design software solutions to address complex business needs, preparing the necessary technical and procedural documentation. You will facilitate complex problem resolution and provide technical guidance and support to colleagues, reviewing coding, testing, and documentation of software. You will apply modern principles, methodologies, and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities, ensuring that the solutions you create align with customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions. Additionally, you will be responsible for assessing and effectively managing all risks associated with your business objectives and activities, adhering to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Requirements
? Experience using Sterling File Gateway.

? Managed File Transfer experience.

? Experience with APIs.

? Versatile in handling various tasks and responsibilities.

? Experience with Business Processes (BP's).

? A university/college degree with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
