About the position

Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Virtual/Digital Specialist, Early in Career, who will play a pivotal role in supporting our virtual and digital strategy aimed at attracting talent to our Early in Career Programs. This position is based in either Tampa, FL or New Brunswick, NJ, with remote work options available on a case-by-case basis. The successful candidate will report directly to the Digital Attraction Lead and will be instrumental in planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital attraction efforts across various channels. In this role, the Virtual/Digital Specialist will be expected to demonstrate creative thinking and innovation to develop and deliver effective digital sourcing strategies. This includes implementing digital marketing campaigns and direct messaging across multiple digital platforms. The Specialist will also act as a resourceful and consultative relationship builder, partnering closely with the Early in Career Talent Acquisition team to understand talent priorities and develop tailored talent profiles for strategic roles. Additionally, the Specialist will be responsible for generating reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to enhance our recruitment strategies. They will manage daily requisition assignments and oversee the North America Early in Career due diligence process, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The role may also include additional duties as required, making it a dynamic and engaging position within the organization.

Responsibilities
? Support the virtual/digital strategy to drive attraction to Johnson & Johnson Early in Career Programs.

? Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements
? Bachelor's degree is required.
,
? Minimum 2 years of early in career recruiting experience.
,
? Experience creating talent pipelines for varying functions through multiple channels is required.
,
? Knowledge of early in career virtual platforms is preferred.
,
? Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and search management systems is required.
