The analyst will also participate in industry surveys and contribute to the compilation of statistics for reporting agencies. This position is integral to the financial health of Hendrick Health, as it directly impacts budgeting, cost management, and overall financial performance. The Financial Analyst II will work closely with various departments to collect and analyze changes in physician production and calculate costs associated with mid-level practitioners versus their production levels. Responsibilities
? Assist in all functions of the organization's financial operations, including reporting.

Requirements
? Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
