About the position

As a Suites Manager at Levy, you will play a pivotal role in leading your team to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences in our suites and premium services. Your primary responsibility will be to execute The Levy Difference, ensuring that all aspects of service meet our high standards. This includes hiring, training, and developing team members to foster a culture of excellence and accountability. You will be the face of Levy, representing our philosophies and culture to guests and team members alike. In this role, you will support all company initiatives and execute show quality standards consistently. Building and maintaining positive relationships with guests is crucial, as is obtaining regular feedback to enhance service delivery. You will hold your team accountable to the established steps of service, ensuring that great guest service is delivered at all times. Safety, security, and sanitation standards will be your priority, and you will ensure that operations comply with our brand clarity statement. Your culinary, wine, and beverage knowledge will be essential in guiding your team and enhancing the guest experience. You will effectively utilize purchasing and financial control systems to manage costs and assist the unit in meeting its financial goals. Understanding all financial areas and statements will be critical as you manage your team to build top-line sales and achieve assigned budget goals. You will also be responsible for meeting daily sales and cost goals while utilizing team training and development tools to foster growth and performance. Promoting a cooperative work climate that maximizes productivity and morale will be key to your success. You will ensure that all team members adhere to the guidelines outlined in Levy manuals and work collaboratively to meet operational needs. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to support the overall success of the unit.

? Ensures that all team members adhere to guidelines as stated in Levy manuals

? Promotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale
,
? Teams unit to meet operational needs
,
? Other duties, as assigned

Requirements
? 2+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position
,
? Bachelor's degree in hospitality management is preferred
,
? High level of computer literacy
,
? Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
,
? Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
