Overnight Direct Care Staff -(Part-Time & Full-Time)-Main Campus

Direct Care staff are at the heart of our organization because it is through this team that our children experience the full measure of our mission: Sharing Jesus, Healing Hearts, Transforming Lives.

Basic Qualifications for Part-Time and Full Time Positions:
? 21 Years Old or Older
? Ability to pass Background Check with FBI check
? Pass TB Test and Pre-Employment Drug Screen
? High School Diploma or Equivalency

Ability to work with children from 3-18 years of age, including meeting their daily needs. Child?s Daily Needs may include, but is not limited to:
? Cleaning and possible cooking/food-prep
? Monitoring medical needs

Training is provided to assist in meeting the needs of children in care.

Pay is based on education and related experience.
