Work Schedule:
? Frequently, typically 4-5 days each week
? People tend to spend an average of 25 hours each week performing the activity
? The typical workload for a part-time role is around 20 to 25 hours per week, providing individuals with a more flexible work arrangement

Frito-Lay Distribution Clerk have many warehousing obligations. You will contribute to creating our well-known snacks, such as Cheetos, Classic Lay's, and Doritos, at one of our manufacturing facilities. Engaging in this role may result in long-term career opportunities within our parent corporation, PepsiCo.

Work Environment:
? Expect to be on your feet for the vast majority of your workday since this is a physically demanding profession
? The voluminous infrastructure of the environment facilitates heightened levels of sound
? Since temperature control in indoor settings is not absolute, seasonal and weather changes can impact working conditions

Key Responsibilities: ? Loading and unloading goods via pallets and individual cases on trailers ? Acquire and transport neglected pallet boards to a storage unit for organization ? Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology ? Regular training and continued verification of competency are essential to ensure that operators are confident and ready to handle forklift operations ? The process of loading a trailer has two available methods - using carts to hold the freight, or loading the cargo directly onto the floor of the trailer ? The assigned duty is to receive and allocate products and aid in the regular inventory audit process ? A clean and hygienic environment can only be achieved through carrying out certain tasks such as sweeping floors, cleaning trailers, and taking out the trash regularly ? Be in a position to lift and maneuver items weighed between 15 and 50 pounds, with or without accommodations

Minimum Requirements: ? Upon turning 18 years or older, an individual becomes eligible to vote and participate in democratic processes ? Some employees may find working on weekends, holidays, and off-shifts more appealing because it provides a more flexible work schedule and the opportunity to take time off during the week ? The skill to carry items whose weight is between 15 to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable adjustments ? Capability to endure being upright and mobile for lengthy periods, irrespective of whether reasonable adjustments are available or not ? The applicant must possess excellent physical abilities, including the ability to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for an extended period, with or without accommodations to carry out the tasks associated with the job ? The job entails having the ability to repeatedly pick up, move, transport, push, pull, and handle goods, with or without reasonable adjustments ? Readiness to perform responsibilities that involve operating from a height, using apparatuses like ladders and lifts to access particular sections of the factory ? Being ready and willing to adapt to different work settings that may require working in hot and humid conditions, with slippery surfaces and dangerous equipment

Training and Development:
? Learning About OSHA, FDA, and FSMA Rules and Regulations
? Exceptional employees are trained on the safe operation of a forklift to prevent any accidents or injuries
