RIVUS? is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer & Manager with expertise in Industrial B2B Packaging sales, preferably within the Stretch Film industry, to drive expansion in Texas.
This role is designed for a strategic leader eager to build and scale our USA Industrial Supplies & Solutions Division by leveraging their expertise in B2B sales, industrial packaging solutions, and stretch film applications across industries such as logistics, manufacturing, food & beverage, retail, and more.
What You?ll Do
As a Sales Engineer & Manager, you will be responsible for:
? Executing our sales strategy to exceed revenue targets and drive long-term regional growth.
? Developing new business opportunities from the ground up, leveraging RIVUS?'s brand, infrastructure, and your strengths to win.
? Manage key accounts and foster relationships to ensure high customer retention and satisfaction.
? Acting as a one-person powerhouse in the initial phase, to build and lead a high-performing sales & operations team as the business grows.
? Bridging entrepreneurial and corporate worlds?adapting RIVUS??s core business model while tailoring the Texas branch to be a unique and independent entity within our ecosystem.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ? Lead and execute the sales strategy defined by senior management, ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded. ? Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, leveraging a proven network of contacts. ? Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and strengthen the company?s positioning. ? Ensure strategic decision-making by analyzing sales performance, costs, and profitability per project. ? Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training to educate customers on the benefits of RIVUS?? stretch film solutions. ? Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to optimize revenue and profitability. ? Manage Odoo System as a whole. ? Execute and develop basic management administration and finance skills to ensure Year Budget and SG&A. ? Collaborate (while needed) with internal teams in Mexico (Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. ? Maintain an analytical and proactive mindset, ensuring every decision is data-driven and aligned with company objectives. ? Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring the execution of RIVUS?? Plan 2025 and adherence to brand guidelines. ? Act as a strategic leader, anticipating market needs and ensuring the company?s sales efforts stay ahead of industry trends.
Education and/or Experience:Required:
? Bachelor?s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
? 5-10+ years of experience in sales of stretch film, packaging materials, or close-related products.
? Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
? Proven reputation and network.
? Strong knowledge of industrial packaging and stretch film applications.
? Engineer mindset and know-how in the B2B Sales Process.
? Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
? Ability to work independently (self-management) and travel within Texas or near states as needed.
? Results-oriented, with a deep understanding of marketing analysis and sales strategy development.
? Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
? High-Communication Skills with Upper Management
? Bilingual (English as the primary language and Spanish as a secondary language)
Desirable:
? Master?s degree or postgraduate studies in Sales, Negotiation, Marketing, or Commercial Management.
? Experience with AI-driven sales tools and market intelligence platforms.

What do we offer?
Compensation and benefits
? Base (Gross) Salary: $68,000 ? $75,000 per year (depending on experience).
? Commission: Starting at 18% of Gross Profit* with tiered incentives for exceeding sales targets and year-by-year growth.
? Company car policy and/or mileage and business travel reimbursement.
? Paid time off and holidays: 2 weeks per year calendar.
? Gross profit = Total Revenue - Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
Location (critical for position): Dallas, Texas, United States.
