The Associate Clinical Account Specialist (ACAS) position at Johnson & Johnson is designed as a 6-9 month training program for individuals with little to no experience in electrophysiology (EP). This role is pivotal in preparing candidates for a future position as a Clinical Account Specialist (CAS), where they will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance to physicians and EP lab staff. The ACAS will be responsible for training on the effective use of BWI's systems and catheter equipment, including the CARTO? System and associated software modules, during case procedures within a designated geographical area. The primary goal of this position is to meet and exceed business objectives while ensuring high-quality support and training to healthcare professionals. During the training program, the ACAS will engage with various internal and external stakeholders, gaining insights and formulating solutions based on collaborative dialogue. Understanding the dynamics of an EP lab is crucial, as the ACAS will interact with physicians, nurses, technicians, and clinical administrators. The role demands the ability to prioritize requests in a high-stress environment while maintaining composure and a problem-solving focus. Daily communication through email and voicemail is expected, along with collaboration with local teams and support staff to ensure seamless operations. The ACAS will also be responsible for adhering to all company guidelines related to health, safety, and environmental practices, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This position offers a competitive base salary of $70,000, eligibility for an annual performance bonus, and participation in various employee benefit programs, including health insurance and retirement plans. Upon successful completion of the training program, the ACAS will be relocated to a pre-identified sales area, where they will continue to develop their expertise in cardiac ablation and imaging technologies.
Responsibilities

Requirements
? A minimum of Bachelor's degree is required by the hire date OR minimum of 2 years of related professional experience (engineering, or procedural hospital setting) is required with an Associate's degree OR a minimum of 1 year of EP mapping experience with an Associate's degree is required OR Graduate from an accredited academic program OR Industry prep school with a focus on EP with Bachelor's degree is required OR exiting a branch of the US military with an Associate's degree is required.
