Job Title: Clinic Medical Assistant (CNA)

Summary of Responsibilities:

The Clinic Medical Assistant (CNA) aids nurses (RN and LPN) in performing daily living activities for residents.

Main Duties:
? Care for various residents within the facility.
? Ensure resident rights are observed and protected.
? Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
? Support nurses during the admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.
? Help with treatments and assessments as directed by nurses.
? Engage in restorative and rehabilitation efforts with appropriate supervision.
? Arrive for work as scheduled, showing reliability and punctuality.

Required Qualifications: ? Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice. ? Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. ? Competence in making independent decisions when required. ? Ability to work cooperatively with other staff members.
