The role involves maintaining roll-off containers using MIG and Stick welding techniques, performing repairs, inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The position offers a competitive pay range and a $5,000 stay-on bonus.

Responsibilities
? Maintain roll-off containers using MIG/STICK welding techniques.

? Perform repairs and inspections on containers and other equipment.

? Assist team members with repairs as needed.

? Interact professionally and courteously with drivers when required.

? Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with corporate and OSHA standards.

? Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements
? Proficiency in MIG and Stick welding techniques (2 years required).

? Basic tool set.

? Hydraulic experience is a plus.

? Spanish language proficiency (required).
