Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our innovative and passionate team. A day in this position would consist of fulfilling all morning tasks and customer inquiries from off hours. Updating information via in our database. Discussing any issues or ideas with fellow team members. Weekly meetings with vendors to discuss new product launches. Answering customer calls, chats and emails throughout business hours. Processing new orders and following up on any unresolved issues. Assisting with returns or damaged items. Staying up to date with competitors.

Responsibilities:

? Responding promptly to customer inquiries

? Help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns

? Communicating to customers through various channels

? Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints

? Updating data such as inventory, dates, tracking, and new product information

? Website maintenance

Qualifications:

? Bachelor?s Degree of Equivalent preferred

? Shopify background preferred.

? Excellent Customer Service, organizational, and communication skills.

? Friendly, outgoing personality, able to work with a team, clients, or individually.

? Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft Excel), Google Suite

? Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:

? $25.00/ hour
