Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for a busy call center located on the Costa Mesa/Irvine borderline in California. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional with a strong background in customer service and call center environments, capable of handling a high volume of inbound calls. This position is 100% onsite and provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
? Responding to inbound calls, managing 80-100 calls per day with efficiency and professionalism.
? Performing accurate data entry to maintain customer records and information.
? Providing bilingual support in Spanish to assist a diverse customer base.
? Ensuring all interactions align with company standards and customer service protocols.
? Collaborating with team members to support smooth call center operations.
? Addressing customer inquiries and concerns with a positive and helpful attitude.
Qualifications
? Recent work experience in a call center or office environment is required.
? Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
? Strong communication skills and the ability to handle a high volume of calls.
? Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
? Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, 1st shift.
Benefits

The role offers a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from $21 to $23, dependent on experience and skills.
