About the position

As the Brand & Integrated Enablement Director at Resy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's identity and strategic direction. This position is integral to the success of Resy, the American Express global dining platform, which serves over 16,000 restaurants worldwide. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the brand planning and management efforts, ensuring that Resy presents a cohesive and consistent global brand image across all channels. You will be tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that encompasses national and local cross-functional campaigns, as well as managing paid and social communications. Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with various teams within Resy, including B2C and B2B marketing, the restaurant organization, and external partners. Your efforts will focus on delivering impactful marketing programs that drive guest engagement and restaurant demand. You will lead the brand strategy, ensuring alignment across all marketing channels and initiatives, and will oversee the execution of paid media strategies that enhance consumer engagement and restaurant acquisition. In addition to brand strategy, you will manage Resy's social media presence, ensuring that the brand's voice is effectively communicated across both paid and organic channels. You will also oversee the brand design and content creation processes, working with internal teams and external agency partners to develop creative assets that resonate with our audience. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you partner with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies, using data to optimize performance and drive results.

Responsibilities

? Oversee Resy brand social strategy and ensure successful execution across paid and organic social channels.

? Lead Brand Design for Resy Marketing and oversee the development of creative assets.

? Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and analyze channel performance for optimization.

Requirements
? 8+ years' experience in brand strategy, marketing, and media management.

? Proven track record of effectively managing teams to deliver projects end-to-end.
,
? Ability to translate data and trends into actionable insights and work with cross-functional teams.

? Strategic problem solver with the ability to align marketing with business objectives.
,
? Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects against tight deadlines.

? Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and sound business judgment.

? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence in presenting to senior management.
