Are you an expert in providing customer success support with a problem-solving mindset? We have an exciting opportunity at ADP-Automatic Data Processing as an Executive Account Success Manager. As an Executive Account Success Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic customer success services to our most important clients. You will be the go-to contact for clients and will ensure the success of each account. You must be able to proactively identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to work with clients and colleagues to ensure satisfaction. You must also have strong problem-solving skills and be able to think critically.
