We are a family-owned and growing manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality products while maintaining a collaborative and supportive work environment. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Finance and Costing Manager to join our team and drive financial efficiency in our operations.

The Finance and Costing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all cost accounting functions, analyzing manufacturing costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of cost accounting principles in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities: ? Oversee cost accounting functions, including cost analysis, product costing, variance analysis, and standard costing. ? Provide analytical insights to support financial decisions and improve cost efficiency. ? Ensure accuracy of financial data related to inventory valuation, cost of goods sold, and manufacturing costs. ? Work closely with operations, supply chain, and finance teams to monitor cost trends and drive cost optimization strategies. ? Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting, costing accuracy, and overall efficiency. ? Provide management reports and insights on cost trends, margin analysis, and financial performance. ? Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Qualifications & Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance. ? 10-15+ years of progressive experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, and controller functions. ? Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. ? Experience in a medium-to-large company, demonstrating professionalism and the ability to work within a structured environment. ? Some managerial and leadership experience, including mentoring and developing team members. ? Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (experience with Sage 100 a plus). ? Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders. ? Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with multiple departments. ? Experience in manufacturing or product-based industries is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
